Tile work is measured, not guessed. A number quoted before anyone has seen the space is a number that changes later, and we would rather give you the real one up front.
Size, layout, and the condition of what is already there. A straightforward floor and a fully custom curbed shower are not the same job, and neither are two showers of the same size.
Format, material, and pattern all change the labour. Large-format porcelain, small mosaics, and natural stone each ask for different prep, different layout time, and different setting materials.
